Boundary Review Open House
The Simcoe Muskoka Catholic District School Board has initiated a boundary review process for the 4 Bradford elementary schools. Parents and students are invited to an OPEN HOUSE to review the proposed boundary options for all four schools. These meetings are scheduled for Tuesday January 24 and Wednesday January 25 and will take place at Holy Trinity High School in the cafetorium The same information will be presented on both dates so feel free to attend either day. There will be a brief session at 6:30 outlining the boundary review process, however you are welcome to attend any time between 6:30-8:00 pm. Hope to see you there

Conferences
Thank you to all parents, students and staff who participated in our recent conferences. It is a great opportunity to celebrate children's learning. If you have not yet had the opportunity to meet with your child's teacher, please contact the school to set up an appointment.
Family Advent Mass December 14 2011
7 pm at Holy Martyrs of Japan Church
Once again this year, as part of our Advent celebrations, we will be having a school Advent family Mass. This will take place at Holy Martyrs of Japan Church on Wednesday Dec. 14 at 7 pm. All students will be involved in the Mass and/or the social that we will have afterwards in the church hall. Mark this date on your calendar. It will be an opportunity to join together as a school family to celebrate the season of Advent.
R.A.K.E.
We have a R.A.K.E. (Random Act of Kindness Everywhere) program at school. Staff are looking to find students who perform a random act of kindness. It might be as simple as holding the door for someone, cheering up a friend, or working with someone who needs help. We are looking for students who perform acts of kindness without being prompted by an adult. Student's first name and the action they did is printed on a decal and sent to the office to be recognized. From there it is posted on our monthly R.A.K.E. bulletin board in our front hallway. We are proud to recognize the great things our students do on a regular basis, living out the teachings of Jesus.
