2018 - 2019 Class Assignments

In order to eliminate the parking congestion on the first day of school, class assignments will once again be available BEFORE the first day of school. There will be two opportunities for you to come to the school to see which class your child is in:
Wednesday, August 29th and Thursday, August 30th from 8:30 am – 10:00 am.
These will be the ONLY times this information will be given out. We will NOT give out class assignments over the phone. Also, we will only give the name of the classroom teacher to the legal parent or guardian of the child. If you cannot make it during these times then you will need to wait until the first day of school. As always, these class lists are temporary until the school numbers are confirmed at the end of September. It is also for this reason that changes will not be made during the first few weeks.
Please note that the first day of classes for the 2018 – 2019 year is Tuesday, September 4th, 2018. JK students will have a staggered entry. Letters will be e-mailed to JK parents in July to inform you of your child’s school visit date with the teacher and DECE, and the start date. SK students will meet in the kindergarten yard on the first day of school to be greeted by their classroom and DECE teachers.
